Hi, I’m Hayoung, and I’m part of the front desk team at the clinic.

With a background in customer service and administrative support, I focus on creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. From managing appointments to supporting daily clinic operations, I aim to make each visit as comfortable and efficient as possible.

My experience in fast-paced environments has helped me develop the ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and support people from diverse backgrounds. I understand that visiting a clinic can sometimes feel stressful, so I do my best to ensure patients feel heard, supported, and at ease.

Why I Do What I Do

I know that walking into a clinic for the first time can feel overwhelming. My job is to make sure it doesn’t. From the moment you arrive, I want you to feel calm, welcomed, and taken care of — because a good experience at the front desk sets the tone for everything that follows.
