What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic care is probably one of the most popular methods of treatment that you can try to heal any pain you are having due to spinal injuries, sports trauma, car accidents, pregnancy related-back pain, headaches and so much more! What’s interesting about chiropractic is that we can help you reach your optimal well-being without having to use any medication or recruit to any surgical procedures.
The chiropractic treatments are relaxing, safe and efficient. There are many medical studies supporting the use of chiropractic care if you are suffering from acute or chronic spinal, joints or muscle pain.
We understand that choosing an excellent chiropractor is challenging. Our facility is a state-of-the-art and our chiropractors are trained to:
1. Treat only musculoskeletal conditions and some nerve pain such carpal tunnel syndrome and sciatica
2. Order x-rays only when medically necessary (we do not endorse full spine x-rays)
3. Limit treatment plans to the prognosis of a particular condition; the practitioners do not encourage long treatment plans or excessive visits
4. Rely on research and evidence to support their treatment plan and do not endorse scientifically unsupported claims

Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation
Manual spinal manipulations performed by chiropractors target specific inflamed joint capsules of the spine by improving segmental vertebral mobility. Joints can be inflamed due to poor posture, scoliosis, arthritis, sports injuries, pregnancy and etc. A spinal manipulation increases pain tolerance by affecting primary afferent neurons from surrounding spinal tissues, the motor control system and pain processing. It leaves you feeling lighter, more flexible and feeling better. The "popping sound" is medically called "cavitation". It is harmless and is a result of a gas escaping from an adjusted joint, improving its mobility and reducing its irritation through normalizing the joint capsule's internal pressure.
Unlike the high velocity low amplitude settings of a spinal manipulation, a spinal or joint mobilization is a gentle, often oscillatory, passive movement applied to a spinal region or joint so as gently to increase the passive range of motion of that segment or region. This treatment is an alternative option to when spinal or joint manipulation is contraindicated in conditions like osteoporosis, spinal or joint fusion, post-surgical recovery, pre-existing spinal damage, severe arthritis and etc
