Elaheh (Ela)

Hi! I’m Elaheh Jalili, but you can call me Ela. I joined the Kent Chiro-Med Wellness Clinic family in May 2023. I like to think of myself as the backstage magician who keeps things running smoothly. With a background and Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management and a wealth of experience, I bring a unique perspective to the clinic, with a strong focus on efficiency and your well-being.

My role here involves making sure all your medical information stays safe and sound, appointments are booked without a hitch, and those invoices are handled accurately. And hey, I’m also the friendly face that helps you sort out payments – always with a smile, of course! Besides these responsibilities, I take pride in managing our product inventory, making sure we never run out of those essential medical supplies.

I’m all about the pursuit of perfection. I’m constantly on the lookout for ways to make our clinic run even better. I believe in providing top-notch care for our wonderful patients. Your well-being is my top priority, and I’m here to ensure you have a fantastic experience at Kent Chiro-Med Wellness Clinic.

Outside of work, I’m a devoted wife and a family person through and through. I love spending quality time with my loved ones and friends. When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me painting, swimming, riding my bike, delving into a good book, or cooking up something delicious. These hobbies keep me balanced and energized!

I’m fluent in both English and Persian, so communication won’t ever be an issue here. Making you feel comfortable and well-informed is what I’m all about.
